Everyone at the John Jones Chevrolet of Scottsburg Service Center was absolutely phenomenal. My truck broke down on the side of the road while I was traveling through Indiana, and from the moment it arrived at their facility until the day I picked it up, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I would like to especially thank Amy for making communication seamless and for being a calming presence during a very stressful situation. She made sure I had everything I needed and handled all of the service-related details, allowing me to continue enjoying my vacation without additional worry. She also chatted with me while I was waiting and made me feel extremely at ease. I also want to thank Kent, who was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He and Amy worked together to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was kept informed every step of the way. A special thank you as well to Earl and Katrina. Katrina took the time to chat with me while I was waiting, keeping me laughing and helping ease the stress of the situation. Earl drove me to the rental car agency and made sure I had everything I needed before he left me in the hands the folks there. This dealership truly made me feel welcomed and treated me like part of the John Jones Chevrolet family. If you ever need service or repairs, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. I am incredibly grateful and fortunate that my truck ended up in the hands of such an outstanding team.

I had an issue with my DEF pump in my Truck. i dropped off the vehicle and they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. It took 3 weeks to get the pump in but i have my vehicle back now and cant be happier.

Gabe was fantastic! Good customer service goes a long way and this was the easiest buying process we've ever experienced. Awesome service, awesome Jeep, 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing service department, we had an emergency car repair needed and they fit us in right away. Ordered the parts gave us an amazingly fair price and then even drove our entire family to a hotel for the night while we wait in repairs. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The people are so caring and amazing, they really helped me a tough situation just oh so much better. Please pay them a visit, they are wonderful people and they do good business.

I worked mainly with Kent in the service dept., he was extremely helpful and friendly, he was very forthcoming with the services I needed and pricing (including labor). I'm from east Tennessee so this is my first experience with John Jones Chevrolet and I will say I was very impressed. Thank you for fixing my baby, a 2017 Camaro ss 2ss correctly and quickly, I won't hesitate to bring her back if she ever gets sick again 😆.

Put me in the car of my choice hassle free I bought a trail blazer from Gabe he found the car for me in a mater of minutes I was driver the the car the next day very friendly got floor Matt’s with it he even came to my house and put them in very pleased

The service went well, other options were offered for my vehicle, but I didn't quite think they were needed at the moment. There was no pressure to get these services which was nice. Everything seemed done correctly and within a good time frame. I was able to pay with my chevy points, which was very nice too.

My husband and I drove to John Jones in Scottsburg to look at their trucks.My husband was a Ford man and never had a Chevrolet truck. We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.

I believe that problem - in lots of service industries - is call centers and the barriers placed between the consumer and the actual service provider.

Everyone is very kind, and polite

My husband and I were in town visiting family on our move from Hawai'i to Minnesota, we had driven my car from Long Beach, CA where we picked it up at the port and drove across the country. We were trying to check our breaks, and found the key to our locking lug nuts was missing. The 2 guys working were able to help us get them off in less than 10 minutes!! They were extremely professional and so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for helping us get them off so quickly!!

My wife and I drove down from Indy and was immediately greeted by Mark with a warm welcome and the vehicle I had inquired about parked up front and ready for a test drive. They explained all the repairs They kept me well informed about everything they were doing. The price was very reasonable. Great place to buy and service a vehicle.

Was told they do a 27 point inspection which includes checking tire pressure and even them out that was not done. Also because other customers were late to their appt they went in front of me “I was on time” they should go behind a on time scheduled appointment

I was past due for oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. I was in Scottsburg for a class reunion meeting anyway, so I dropped my Jeep Renegade here. The service was a bit expensive, but the staff was very pleasant and even ferried me to the meeting venue and picked me up afterwards. I had trouble contacting them by phone afterwards, as they did with me, but I used coupon and refund gift card from previous account.

Stopped in randomly to test drive a couple cars to make a comparison before deciding on our final choice. We ended up purchasing a new Equinox that day. There was a miscommunication (no communication) in Oct while I was there having my vehicle serviced. Recently I ran into a problem and was very upset that I wasn’t informed about the issue and it could have resulted in me being stranded. I reached out to Justin (service manager) about the issue. I was pretty upset and not as nice as I would have liked to be. Justin looked into the matter and helped come up with a plan to fix and resolve the issue. Justin and his crew not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to take care of some other things that were needing addressed.

Mark Jones was a fantastic help with helping me find a perfect car that fit my needs and desires. He worked with me on making a deal and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Mark!
