My Equinox had routine service while my husband and I waited. Everyone with whom we came in contact was super nice and courteous. Even though the personnel didn't know us, from our interactions, you would have thought they had known us for a long time. They make it fun to get your car serviced. Just a thought ... It would be super if the windshield was cleaned as a courtesy before leaving!

The people were friendly there. I took my Silverado in on Tuesday for a warranty repair on the radio (the blue tooth stopped working) and they also found another recall issue and fixed that too. Radio has been working like a champ. Took a few days though, due to the complexity of the radio problem. Did good work though, will go back if I need service.

Came in to see one car and met a sales person named Mark. Mark immediately attended to me and let me test drive without an appointment and allowed me to get a feel of what I wanted also giving personal experience to help with what I wanted to know about that said car. He explored the lot with me where we found another car and he had so much knowledge of every car I looked at with years mileage and even trim and other knowledge. Just an overall good experience and good time without the hardships of being time consuming.

I took my relative's car over to GM City on the advise of a cousin who bragged on the people over in Scottsburg. I'm sure glad I did. They sure do know what they are doing! On Friday, Oct.29th (2011) I took my 2007 Buick Lucerne in for an oil change. The "check engine" light had appeared the evening before & I reported it to the Service Dept.
