My truck broke down on the side of the road while I was traveling through Indiana, and from the moment it arrived at their facility until the day I picked it up, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I would like to especially thank Amy for making communication seamless and for being a calming presence during a very stressful situation. She made sure I had everything I needed and handled all of the service-related details, allowing me to continue enjoying my vacation without additional worry. She also chatted with me while I was waiting and made me feel extremely at ease. I also want to thank Kent, who was a tremendous help throughout the entire process.
