We were traveling through from Michigan when our car’s dashboard lit up. We found your dealership in Scottsburg and pulled up to the service center. Your service team was excellent at diagnosing the issue, communicating with us about it, and repairing it. We were back on the road in two hours and our car has never run better. Everyone at the John Jones Chevrolet of Scottsburg Service Center was absolutely phenomenal. My truck broke down on the side of the road while I was traveling through Indiana, and from the moment it arrived at their facility until the day I picked it up, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I would like to especially thank Amy for making communication seamless and for being a calming presence during a very stressful situation. She made sure I had everything I needed and handled all of the service-related details, allowing me to continue enjoying my vacation without additional worry. She also chatted with me while I was waiting and made me feel extremely at ease. I also want to thank Kent, who was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He and Amy worked together to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was kept informed every step of the way. A special thank you as well to Earl and Katrina. Katrina took the time to chat with me while I was waiting, keeping me laughing and helping ease the stress of the situation. Earl drove me to the rental car agency and made sure I had everything I needed before he left me in the hands the folks there.
