Bought a Ford truck there and mentioned it needed a good detail? Well we don't have a true detail guy..ok I paid good money to company in Madison to clean inside & outside & engine bay. Then noticed it had blue smoke coming out of exhaust on a cold start up? Bought as is per management! WHAT this was a bonefide certified truck on the lot a week ago?? 2nd visit i spent all day waiting for a turbo oil supply line to get repaired. They did take off some of the labor cost for my long wait. But I still have a truck that smokes after a cold start . 440.00 HERE 450.00 THERE Another 250 here ( Another shop to do diagnostic test) still got another appointment for further inspection. SMH My retirement money 💰! They did call back concerned about my review on carfax so see what happens.

Buyer Beware! They sell GM lemons and will not honor lemon laws. The service department cannot fix an $80k 2025 Duramax and almost caught it on fire. Had to hire an attorney several months ago and now GM and this dealership are dragging it out in hopes I put more miles on the truck. General Manager and Service Manager advise they are not “refusing” to work on it but they will never callback or allow me to schedule an appointment. This is what you get for being a loyal customer to this dealership, what a joke.

I was going to give John Jones another opportunity to do business with, i took in my big cashiers check from a recent total loss on a new vehicle and the Sales Mgr Justin Goes had the worst attitude and was so insulting even the sales people agreed. They told me to come back when he was off. Sorry off to another dealership to buy New!! Highly disappointed. Hope Megan Jones gets this tot ake care of his Attitude he has with customers, un called for!!!!
