Powering the Rebel is a range of powerful and efficient engines starting with the 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 producing 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes with Ram’s eTorque mild-hybrid system that provides a little extra capability along with improved fuel efficiency. If you need more power you can also choose the 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine, with or without eTorque, which offers 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. Choosing the eTorque equipped HEMI® raises the max tow rating from 11,610 pounds to 12,750 poudns. Both engines come equipped with a TorqueFlite® eight-speed automatic transmission.
